Interpretos Local is provided as beta software. It is offered as-is with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Features, interfaces, and capabilities may change between releases.
You own your data. Interpretos Local runs on your infrastructure. Your enterprise data, queries, and credentials never leave your network. We have no access to your systems or data.
Interpretos owns the software, intellectual property, and methodology. No rights in the intellectual property are transferred except the limited right to use the software as specified in your license.
The software contains proprietary knowledge, configurations, and methodology that constitute trade secrets and confidential information of Interpretos. You shall not:
Interpretos Local is an independent product not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oracle Corporation, IBM, or any other application vendor.
Interpretos Local connects to your existing licensed application instances using read-only database queries (SELECT statements) and published APIs. No vendor software is redistributed. No database schema modifications are made.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their use of Interpretos Local is compatible with their existing software licensing agreements, including but not limited to Oracle restricted-use database licenses and IBM user entitlements. Interpretos makes no representations regarding the licensing requirements of any third-party software vendor.
Interpretos Local uses a third-party AI language model to process queries. You choose and configure your AI provider (Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic). Your use of the AI provider is subject to their terms of service. Interpretos is not responsible for the AI provider's data handling practices.
See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is sent to the AI provider.
Anonymous usage telemetry may be enabled during setup. It is disabled by default. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is collected and how to opt out.
Interpretos Local requires a valid license for production use. A 30-day trial is available for evaluation. Licenses are per-integration (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Maximo) and are verified offline — no internet connection is required for license validation.
Interpretos is not responsible for any damages arising from use of this beta software, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or incorrect query results. The software provides AI-assisted querying and responses should be verified against your source systems for critical decisions.
Any breach of Section 3a (Intellectual Property Protection) shall entitle Interpretos to immediate termination of your license and injunctive relief. You acknowledge that such a breach would cause irreparable harm.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use and permanently delete all copies, including Docker images, containers, volumes, and any extracted content.
